I find this subject to be extremely interesting. Darwin’s theory of evolution revealed a scary question: does altruism exist?
On the one hand ‘natural selection’ suggests that it doesn’t. Is altruism something that just isn’t written in our ‘code’? On the other hand, it remains a mysterious question because there are numerous of examples of humans acting selfless to help one another.
